Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are established to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SoftHills Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Members") regarding the use of the license services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Company’s website.

The Company may amend these Terms, and the revised Terms shall take effect once they have been announced.
Article 3 (Conclusion of the Service Agreement)

A service agreement is deemed concluded when a Member applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.

The Company may refuse membership applications in the following cases:

If another person's identity is used.

If false information is provided during registration.

ο
If the application violates the Company’s regulations.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides Members with license purchases and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

The Company may determine the details and timing of the service provision based on its policies.
Refund Policy
Article 5 (Basic Refund Policy)

Refunds are only available within 7 days from the purchase date (payment completion date).

2.
If the license period has been extended or the number of activations has been increased, a refund will not be available as the license is considered used without any issues.
Article 6 (Refund Policy by Payment Method)
1) For Credit Card Payments:

Cash refunds are not available; only credit card cancellations are possible.

If canceled on the same day as the payment, the cancellation will be processed immediately.

If the cancellation is not possible due to card company policies, the refund will be handled through the customer service center.

If canceled the day after the payment, approval cancellation may take 2-3 days, depending on the card company.

Debit card transactions may not be canceled immediately.
2) For Real-time Bank Transfers:

Refunds will be transferred back to the original bank account used for payment.

Even if a refund is processed on the same day, it may take 2-3 days due to the policies of financial institutions.
3) For Bank Deposit Payments:

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the payer.

Even if a refund is processed on the same day, it may take 2-3 days due to financial institution policies.
Article 7 (License Code Management for Refunds)

The license code will remain valid until 11:59:59 PM on the refund date, after which it will be automatically deactivated.

The license code is only valid for use on the activated PC. If the PC is lost or unable to boot, please contact the customer service center.

ㆍ
To reuse the refunded product, the same product must be repurchased, and a new license code must be issued.

ㆍ
Unauthorized distribution of refunded license codes is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized disclosure of license code information may be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Payment Policy
Article 8 (Payment Guidelines)

For bank deposit payments, if the entered depositor’s name does not match the actual depositor’s name, payment confirmation may be delayed.

If the payment is not made within the specified deposit deadline, the transaction may be canceled.

3.
Bank deposit payments made outside customer service hours may not be confirmed immediately.

4.
For credit card payments, a receipt will be issued through the PG (Payment Gateway) provider.

5.
Non-profit organizations are not required to enter business type and category information when requesting a tax invoice.

6.
If the business information provided for a tax invoice does not match the actual details, issuance may be restricted, and VAT will be charged.

7.
If the information provided for a cash receipt does not match the actual details, issuance may be restricted.

8.
Entered receipt details are used only for proof of payment and will not be used for any other purpose.
Terms for the Transmission and Processing of Personal Information
Article 9 (Purpose)
These terms clarify that the personal information of customers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") who purchase licenses from SoftHills (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") may be transmitted to external servers, and establish the consent procedure for such transmission.
Article 10 (Transmission of Personal Information)

The Company may transmit Buyers’ personal information to external servers solely for the purpose of license purchase and usage management.

Supplementary Provisions
Article 13 (Effective Date of Terms)
These Terms shall take effect on January 20, 2025.
SOFTHILLS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses the following Personal Information Processing Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period specified by laws and regulations or within the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection. The retention period for each type of personal information is as follows:

Membership registration and management on the website: Until the withdrawal of membership from the business/organization website. However, in the following cases, personal information will be retained until the respective reasons are resolved:
